Peipsi Center for Transboundary Cooperation is running a development aid project “Promoting integrated transboundary water management and stakeholder participation in Moldova and Ukraine with the help of Estonian expertise”, funded by Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
As a part of this project, delegation of 12 River Dniester region specialist visit Estonia, from 15 to 19 June.
On 17 June, from 9-12.30 AM we organize presentation/roundtable on the topics:
- Civil society development in Ukraine and Moldova
- Cross border cooperation between Moldova-Ukraine
- Transboundary water management in River Dniester basin.
In addition to the presentations from Moldova and Ukraine, specialists from Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Environmental service, Pskov city water enterprise and Estonian and Russian border region NGOs present their experiences in transboundary water management.
The roundtable languages are Russian and English.
