During 2-6 October a group of Russian specialists involved with people with disabilities accessibility issues visited Germany, Düsseldorf area.
The group consisted of  NGOs and municipality specialists from Pskov, Kaliningrad, Velikiy Novgorod and St Petersburg.
We visited schools and work places for young and adult people with disabilities, organisations working with PwDs and also attended REHACARE - International Fair for Rehabilitation and Care of people with special needs.

The field trip is the part of European Commission funded project " Friendly Cities: Accessible Natural and Cultural Urban Environment for People with Disabilities"

We also develop and implement  educational activities and technical solutions for the adaptation of the facilities' infrastructure and services to the needs of people with disabilities.
