EPICAH project cross border cooperation seminar takes place in Valga, 31 October.
The seminar will be opened by Valga/Valka twin town mayors – Mr. Margus Lepik and Mr. Vents Armands Krauklis.
Member of European Parliament for Estonia – Mr Igor Gräzin - has titled his presentation “Border-crossing municipality in European Union – utopia or Inevitability”. Other speakers and discussions focus on development priorities and cooperation needs in border area and preparations for the new Interreg Estonia-Latvia programming period.
